On Tuesday, 16 May, Brigitte Vonck-Makkinje – the founder and city leader of Serve the City Amsterdam – was awarded an honour by the King of the Netherlands for her leadership and service to the city of Amsterdam! This special occasion also celebrated the 15-year anniversary of STC Amsterdam.
The event was attended by the STC Amsterdam staff, board, and friends – as well as her husband Marco and the CEO of Serve the City International, Carlton Deal (both pictured above with Brigitte).
