City Checkup Survey - Serve the City International

This is a monthly survey for city leaders to quickly check-in with STCi. All information submitted will be sent to your national and/or regional leader and the coaching team of the Global Executive Team. The STCi Communications, and the Family and Prayer teams will only receive your basic contact information and anything you shared in the "Share Box". This helps STCi learn how to best serve the STC movement worldwide. The form will also update your profile with STCi, this includes your city life stage, the role(s) you have in your city, and will assign you to the appropriate newsletter groups.

Serve the City Life Stage
Below is the maturity and development process by which STCi measures different city movements. The model is fluid and organic, thus it is only a guideline and may not perfectly meet your reality. Do your best to determine where you think your city fits.
INTEREST: The desire to start a serving movement in a new city.

STARTING: Forming a team to lead the first two volunteering events.

ACTIVE: A regular rhythm of serving throughout the year.

SUSTAINABLE: Leadership and resources for long-term city-wide impact.

HUB: Lead city in a national movement or local region.
