Every year from around the world we gather together to celebrate, resolve, and learn from everyone and anyone involved with STC. You are invited to our 2021 International Forum!

We will explore, learn, and take action on each of these questions and much more during our 2021 International Forum!
The 2021 Forum will be available online and in-person in Paris, France. Global online content will come from Paris, and online welcome, gathering, and network content local to Asia/Oceania and the Americas will be hosted in Manila, Philippines and Detroit, Michigan, USA respectively. Although planning may be difficult depending on local COVID-19 restrictions, take a leap and save the date, you can always join us online!

FORUM Global Online Experience
The Forum Global Online Experience is your gateway to the 2021 Serve the City FORUM! With the Global Online Experience you will have ONLINE access to:
- All global online programming (Forum opening, closing, and plenary sessions )
- All global online workshops
- Family & Prayer online meetings
- Online connection times online before and after the global online programming
- Online welcome event (Thursday evening), gatherings, and program suited for local time zones in Asia/Oceania and the Americas (North, Central, and South)

FORUM Paris In-Person Experience

Our meeting locations are different on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

We are located on left bank of the Seine, between the Pont d’Alma and the Pont des Invalides.
The church is a five-minute walk from the following Métro stations:
- Pont d’Alma (RER C)
- Invalides (RER C)
- Invalides, Alma Marceau
In addition, bus 63 stops directly in front of the church. Bus 80 stops at the Pont d’Alma (Bosquet-Rapp), and several buses stop at Invalides.

COVID-19 Information
Entry into France requires ONE of the following:
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination with an EU approved vaccine (AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna).
- Proof of recovery from COVID-19 more than 11 days prior, and less than 6 months old.
- Proof of negative RT-PCR or Antigen test less than 72 hours old.
To enter restaurants, venues, and other indoor locations: the above requirements are the same, this includes our meeting location. A valid “EU COVID-19 Pass” is accepted in all locations, airports, train stations, etc. Other documents are subject to rejection, please check the French Government website for more information.

Accommodations
We recommend “The Generator” as an affordable option. Please note it is about 35-45 minutes by public transport to the American Church. Other AirBnB and hotels are closer to our meeting location, however, our volunteer activities will be near The Generator.

Workshops
This year’s workshops are in three different styles. A standard expert workshop in two parts about neighborhood transformation. A “Marketplace” with a “pop-in, pop-out” format and four options to answer the question “How do you do?”. And lastly, three workshops based on our shared social concerns.
Neighborhood Transformation
This is a single topic workshop where we will learn from neighborhood transformation experts and how you can SERVE NOW to make meaningful and long-term impact in your neighborhoods. This is a two-part workshop, part 1 will be available twice on Friday, and part 2 will be available twice on Saturday.
STC "How do you do?" Marketplace
The marketplace is your time to learn from STC leaders and volunteers about unique solutions to address volunteerism with our STC values in action. The marketplace will be available three times, in four “pop-in, pop-out” rooms, twice on Friday and once on Saturday. Check back soon for details on the topics.
Shared Social Concerns
Join our Shared Social Concerns team to discuss and interact with ideas and concerns that are too big for any single person or city to address. This workshop will be presented twice on Saturday with three different topics to choose from. Specific topics will be provided here as soon as they are confirmed!
