Serve the City is hosting its first-ever Mental Health Awareness Week from July 10th to July 16th, 2023.
With an aim to break the silences around mental health and to create awareness on the connections between mental health and volunteering, this week includes daily challenges, check-in calls, stories and so much more!
We want to address mental health and wellness on many levels: mental health and Serve The City, mental health and volunteering, and mental health and you!
The half-hour daily check-in calls hope to create an informal space for people to come together and talk about various topics surrounding mental health.
We will also be having two events on Monday, 10th July at 18.00 CET and Saturday, 15th July at 14.00 CET.

As a moment for introspection and reflection each day, we have also created a Mental Health Awareness Week workbook to share with all of you who are a big part of this week!
This workbook not only includes the agenda for the week, it also has daily questions, daily challenges and space to journal. The questions and challenges reflect the topic of the day and progressively build in scope to allow you to build an understanding of mental health and wellness in yourself, in your STC and in your city.
