How does Serve the City respond to emergencies and crises?

When a critical incident in any city where Serve the City already exists which overwhelms the local capacity for local emergency services and/or government response to take place we are committed to helping our local teams in practical and responsive ways. Our international community will rally to support our trusted teams already on the ground. From fundraising to sending teams, Serve the City is ready to respond.

Kenya Flooding Emergency

Widespread flooding is affecting a majority of the country. Serve the City partners are in Nairobi, Eldoret, and Kisumu.

Haiti Civil Crisis

Since 2018 Haiti has been undergoing major civil unrest and complete economic and government collapse. Our local Serve the City team is on the ground responding to the most basic needs.

Poland: Ukrainian Refugee Crisis

Serve the City Kraków continues to provide assistance, language, and many other practical needs to Ukrainian refugees. As the war continues our team has many practical needs to be met.
